Job summary

Campbell Morden Inc. is seeking a hands-on technical product leader who will become the national point person for our client product portfolio. This role focuses on direct product certification, installations, and technical problem solving rather than strategy or GTM.

You will work with our teams in Canada and internationally, train partners and consultants, and travel up to 60% across Canada. Fluency in French and English is mandatory, and Mississauga/GTA residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English required.
• Based in Mississauga/GTA.
• Experience with machinery/equipment manufacturer, OEM or distributor.
• Strong technical understanding of installed equipment.
• Experience with Canadian equipment certification/compliance (CSA/UL-type).
• Experience with equipment installation, configuration, applications or troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with connected equipment, Wi‑Fi, software or IoT.
• Strong technical trainer and presenter.
• Customer-facing and able to independently manage national technical responsibilities.
• Willing to travel approximately 60% across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Ensure required Canadian and provincial product certifications and approvals are obtained, maintained and valid.
• Serve as the primary national resource for product installations, design, configuration and technical escalations.
• Develop expert knowledge of our client product.
• Support product connectivity, including Wi-Fi, configuration and connected equipment.
• Work closely with technical and product counterparts in Germany and North America.
• Provide ongoing technical training and product education to Regional Sales Managers, consultants, dealer designers, kitchen planners and authorized partners.
• Support the technical setup and readiness of external kitchens used for RATIONAL Live Cooking demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance to commercial kitchen consultants and designers and become a trusted product resource within the Canadian market.
• Support new product launches, technical documentation and field implementation across Canada.
