Job summary

NPAworldwide in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) National Product Manager responsible for RATIONAL product lines (iCombi, iVario, iHexagon) and ConnectedCooking. This role coordinates certifications, drives national project opportunities, and expands relationships with consultants, dealer designers and kitchen planners across Canada.

Travel will be roughly 60% nationwide; the position offers full benefits, RRSP, PTO, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
• 5-7 years of sales, sales management or business development experience
• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• Experience with key account management a benefit
• Skilled in presenting technically sophisticated manufactured goods
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, SalesForce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Map Point)

Responsibilities

• Ensure country and province certifications are obtained and valid
• Understand iCombi, iVario, and iHexagon product lines, and ConnectedCooking
• Increase the number of projects/organizations specifying RATIONAL
• Expand relationships with consultants, dealer designers and kitchen planners
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to consultants
• Improve ConnectedCooking registrations and online units
• Lead installations, design, and escalation nationally
• Collaborate with Marketing on market analysis
• Position RATIONAL as a thought leader and innovator
• Educate and support sales processes during new product launches
• Develop consultant/dealer designer business plans with sales teams
• Provide in-field assistance to advance relationships with consultants
