Job summary

RATIONAL Canada in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Business Development Representative - Culinary to qualify inbound leads, understand kitchen needs and present RATIONAL cooking solutions.

You will engage chefs and foodservice decision makers, lead virtual demos of iCombi Pro and iVario Pro, and schedule appointments for Regional Sales Managers, with a focus on British Columbia and Western Canada.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional culinary, commercial kitchen or foodservice experience.
• Bilingual French and English required.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from website inquiries, digital marketing, social media, trade shows and other sources.
• Research prospects and conduct discovery by phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Speak with chefs, operators and foodservice decision makers to understand their kitchen and equipment needs.
• Present RATIONAL cooking systems, including the iCombi Pro and iVario Pro.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations for individual customers and small groups.
• Invite qualified prospects to RATIONAL Live cooking demonstrations and online webinars.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Regional Sales Managers.
• Conduct regional calling campaigns supporting RSM territory initiatives.
• Re-engage existing customers to identify upsell and total-kitchen-solution opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and solutions-focused support.
• Maintain accurate lead, customer and opportunity information within Salesforce CRM.
