Job summary

Jobgether represents a partner company seeking a Bilingual Care Coordinator in Canada. The role is fully remote and part-time (25–35 hours per week) with weekend and weekday evening shifts to support extended service hours.

You will guide clients through intake, coordinate appointments, and support therapists with essential administrative tasks across English and French communications. Ideal candidates have five or more years in healthcare or client-facing roles, strong organizational skills,

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Five+ years in healthcare, medical administration, client care coordination, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service track record with ability to build trust and ensure positive client experiences.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and sensitivity when supporting clients.
• Experience guiding prospective clients through a service journey and supporting ongoing engagement.
• Experience in healthcare customer service or support for vulnerable populations.
• Familiarity with scheduling, client communications, and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, client-centred support to individuals navigating mental health services.
• Guide prospective clients through intake, answer questions, and encourage starting therapy.
• Conduct intake conversations by phone or video; match clients with suitable therapists.
• Manage bilingual communications (English and French) via phone, email, and live chat.
• Coordinate therapist and clinic schedules; manage waitlists and availability.
• Ensure accurate scheduling and handle appointment changes and administrative issues.
• Monitor insurance verification and billing-related communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for virtual therapy sessions.
• Provide admin support to therapists and collaborate with clinical teams to improve care coordination.
• Maintain organized records and handovers between shifts.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards for health information.
