Job summary

Structube is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to join the Marketing Manager's team and help develop Structube's content strategy while ensuring a coherent brand experience across channels in support of the marketing strategy and company objectives.

The role involves bilingual content production, social media management across major platforms, on-camera representation, SEO copy, and collaboration with the marketing team to plan themes, shoots, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Bachelors in Commerce/Marketing/PR/Communications or equivalent.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Comfort speaking English and French on camera as brand representative.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
• Creative copywriting with awareness of social media trends.
• Attention to detail and multitasking under deadlines.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and collaborative.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ideation, content creation, and revision to ensure brand-consistent messages.
• Produce bilingual marketing content for social platforms.
• Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for tone and accuracy.
• Research content ideas and video series; develop scripts and storyboards.
• Research keywords and optimize copy for web and SEO.
• Participate in photos and videos shoots; write scripts and moodboards.
• Plan content themes with the Marketing Manager and maintain a content calendar.
• Coordinate partnerships and contests; ensure legal compliance and prize fulfillment.
• Analyze per-platform performance and recommend optimizations.
