Job summary

Structube is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to join the Marketing Manager's team and help develop Structube's content strategy while ensuring a coherent brand experience across channels in support of the marketing strategy and company objectives.

The role involves bilingual content production, social media management across major platforms, on-camera representation, SEO copy, and collaboration with the marketing team to plan themes, shoots, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Bachelors in Commerce/Marketing/PR/Communications or equivalent.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Comfort speaking English and French on camera as brand representative.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
• Creative copywriting with awareness of social media trends.
• Attention to detail and multitasking under deadlines.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and collaborative.
• Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ideation, content creation, and revision to ensure brand-consistent messages.
• Produce bilingual marketing content for social platforms.
• Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for tone and accuracy.
• Research content ideas and video series; develop scripts and storyboards.
• Research keywords and optimize copy for web and SEO.
• Participate in photos and videos shoots; write scripts and moodboards.
• Plan content themes with the Marketing Manager and maintain a content calendar.
• Coordinate partnerships and contests; ensure legal compliance and prize fulfillment.
• Analyze per-platform performance and recommend optimizations.

Job Description

TheMarketingContent Creatorworkson the Marketing Manager's team andis responsible forparticipatingin the development ofStructube's contentstrategy, ensuring a coherent brand experience across allcommunicationchannels in support of the overall marketing strategy and companyobjectives.They support the marketing team in the development, execution, rollout, and post-campaign analysis as it relates to marketing communications, ensuring consistency in the brand message and customer experience across all channels.

Ideation,ContentCreation&Revision

Production of bilingual (English and French) marketing content,leveragingAI tools tooptimizewriting, creativity, consistency, and campaignperformance;

Contentcreationfor all social media platforms,includingbut notlimitedto Instagram, Facebook,Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest,LinkedIn,Reddit, X (Twitter);

Review, edit, and proofread marketing content for accuracy, style, and adherence to the brand's tone ofvoice;

Research and pitch content ideasand video series,while maintainingStructube's tone of voiceand respecting its brandguidelines;

Research keywords andoptimizecopywriting for web, respecting industry best practices for SEO andLLM;

Participatein photo andvideosshootsrelatedtorecommendedideasand concepts (writingscripts,moodboards, storyboards,spokespersoninthevideo);

Act as brand representative in Strucube's video content;

Research and stay on top of the latest fashion and design trends and corresponding language, including knowledge of current buzzwords and trending topics to propose relevant content recommendations that align withStructube's businessobjectives.

Planning & Coordination

Work closely with the Marketing Manager toassistin planning content themes and marketingcommunications;

Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to provide content briefs and review of creativeassets;

Implement new growth strategies to expand social media and partnershipinitiatives;

Build andmaintaincontent calendar for all social mediaplatforms;

Coordinate all marketing partnerships ensuring follow-up on all active collaborations to ensure that all partnership conditions are beingfulfilled;

Plan all contests and events, ensuring legal compliance and prize fulfillment.

Analysis&Recommendations

Establish per platformobjectives, KPIs, as well as growth and retention strategies that align with industry bestpractices;

Analyze social media data &contentanalytics tooptimizeperformance and make recommendationsfor further development andinnovation;

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree inCommerce,Marketing, PR, Communications, Business-related qualifications or equivalentexperience;
