Job summary

Haventree Bank is seeking a Bilingual Content Manager to shape and execute the bank’s content strategy in English and French. You will write, edit, and manage high-quality content, ensure translation standards and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

You will lead long-form content initiatives, manage the content calendar, and optimize digital content for SEO and AI discoverability across audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a copywriter or communications specialist, preferably in financial services.
• Multi-channel communication experience (web, print, mobile, email, SMS, mail) in B2B and B2C.
• Knowledge of translation workflows and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit original copy aligned with Haventree Bank's brand voice.
• Oversee bilingual English/French content, ensuring translation accuracy for the Enterprise.
• Manage content across departments touching borrowers, brokers, depositors and internal audiences.
