Job summary

Sherpa, based in Montreal, is seeking a Growth & Content Marketing Specialist who is bilingual. You will own marketing end-to-end—from newsletters and blog to case studies and sales collateral—and collaborate with the founder and sales team to reach the right audience.

In this hybrid role you will research topics, plan the content calendar, produce content, develop materials, manage LinkedIn and other channels, and track ROI.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a marketing role in B2B SaaS or a comparable industry.
• Experience producing and managing content for B2B services: case studies, blog, newsletters, and sales materials.
• Excellent writing and oral skills in English; professional French for collaboration.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools and web analytics.
• Able to coordinate content calendar, plans, and sales alignment.
• Based in Greater Montreal; hybrid work capability; passport for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own Sherpa's content calendar aligned with product milestones, events, and sales priorities.
• Plan, write, and publish content for newsletter, blog, and website.
• Build and maintain sales collateral: one-pagers, decks, templates, campaign materials.
• Interview clients and internal teams to turn results into case studies and ROI proofs.
• Manage Sherpa's LinkedIn presence and other industry channels; track ROI.
• Coordinate presence at industry events; manage budgets and external contractors.
