Job summary

Sherpa is seeking a Growth & Content Marketing Specialist (bilingual) based in Montreal. You will own marketing end-to-end—from newsletters and blog to case studies and sales collateral—and collaborate closely with the founder and sales team to tell the Sherpa story to the right audiences.

In this hybrid role, you’ll plan and publish content, build presentation materials, manage LinkedIn and other channels, and track ROI across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a marketing role in B2B SaaS or comparable industry, ideally in a small/growing company.
• Proven track record producing content for B2B services: case studies, newsletters, blog content, sales materials.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional French for day-to-day collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own content calendar aligned with product milestones and sales priorities.
• Plan, write, and publish content for newsletter, blog, and website.
• Create and maintain sales collateral including one-pagers and decks.
• Interview clients and internal teams to build case studies and ROI proofs.
• Manage Sherpa's LinkedIn and other channels; track ROI across projects.
• Coordinate presence at industry events and manage external contractors.
