Responsibilities

• Enter and manage transport bookings in AS400.
• Track cargo status and answer questions.
• Handle a high volume of email and phone communications.
• Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to resolve issues.
• Provide proactive support to customers to ensure smooth service.
