Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Montreal-based Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract. You will diagnose customer questions, guide users through solutions, and accurately enter hardware and SaaS orders to ensure high satisfaction.

Requires a college diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Availability to work within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and meet Live Handle Time targets.
• Process orders and quotations and manage orders for individual homeowners.
• Coordinate planning for optimal lead times and place drop-ship purchase orders.
• Create and update customer accounts in AXAPTA and Zuora, apply credit memos.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes to support a high-quality customer experience.
