Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Oakville, Ontario. This permanent full-time role requires handling orders, coordinating logistics, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with sales, vendors, and internal teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, order entry, supply chain, or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Dynamics, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese for communications with Chinese-speaking clients/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders accurately into MS Dynamics or ERP systems.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate with internal teams to track and fulfill orders.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Maintain records of order details, shipments and inventory movements.
• Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
