Job summary

GAM Tech is seeking a dedicated Chinese-speaking L1 Support Hero to join our Service Delivery team in Metro Vancouver. This position is the first line of defense for IT support, providing fast and friendly technical support. You will troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to the L2 team as necessary.

The successful candidate should possess 1+ years of IT support experience, along with fluency in Chinese and English. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or customer service.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
