Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC in Vancouver, BC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to coordinate between clients and our technical services team and deliver exceptional support.

You will be the first contact for inquiries, triage service requests, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records and proactive communication with clients.

Job Overview

  • Ability to build long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service.
Compensation

Salary range: $45,000–$52,000 annually. The exact offer will be determined by candidate experience and expertise.
