Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle IT recruitment: Manage sourcing, interviews, skills validation, and negotiation processes.
• Ensure compliance: Follow requirements related to public tenders and intervention requests.
• Candidate experience: Provide a smooth, professional, and human experience for candidates.

• Technical advisor and trainer: Serve as the go-to resource for technical roles and public sector specifics.
• Assist other recruiters in understanding IT profiles and sharing best practices.
• Participate in training and mentoring less experienced recruiters.

• Continuous improvement & structuring: Optimize recruitment processes, maintain candidate database, and identify performance levers.

Profile Sought

Required Skills & Qualities

• Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment (developers, architects, analysts, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year recruiting for the public sector (tenders, standing offers, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IT profiles
• High administrative accuracy and attention to detail
• Leadership with a trainer’s mindset
• Collaborative, autonomous, and proactive
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English), written and spoken
