For one of our clients, we are looking for a Recruiter - Canada Early Careers (Contract), remotely from Canada.

In this contract role, you will support the hiring of interns and co-ops, specifically for Quebec and Montreal-based teams, while also assisting other locations as needed. Your primary focus will be on managing the full recruitment process for early-career candidates, providing a smooth and positive experience from application through to onboarding. This includes organizing recruitment events, serving as a key contact for hiring managers and candidates, and tracking and improving the overall recruitment strategy.

Accountabilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and co-ops, focusing on the Quebec and Montreal regions, with flexibility to support other locations.
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates, providing guidance, scheduling, and communication throughout the process.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruiting events, including campus presentations, networking opportunities, and interviews.
  • Translate documents and correspondence from English to French and vice versa.
  • Manage and track candidate information and workflows in CRM, ATS, and events platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical or campus recruiting.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian university hiring processes and experience establishing relationships with academic institutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn HRIS, ATS, CRM, and other platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large-scale events and diverse tasks.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
