Qualifications
- 1–2+ years in order desk or customer care roles.
- Experience with order processing, vendor sourcing and logistics workflows.
- Strong computer literacy and adaptability to custom software tools.
Responsibilities
- Handle 25–50 daily B2B customer care interactions via email, phone and order systems.
- Accurately process orders, enter data into ERP, and issue price quotes.
- Source products across inventories to meet client specs and negotiate pricing within approved parameters.
- Partner with account reps and vendors to manage backorders, expedite shipments and streamline logistics.
- Use Excel to log requests and maintain clean records.
