Acturis Canada is seeking an Insurance Technology Training Manager to provide nationwide system training for new and existing customers across Canada. You will receive structured feedback, contribute to project work, and work with a driven, supportive team.

The role offers travel across Canada as needed and a competitive salary in the CAD market. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years as an insurance broker or with Broker Management Systems in Canada, fluent English and French, and strong

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French speakers preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient approach when assisting users.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to existing customers to improve system usage.
• Develop training materials aligned with system upgrades.
• Design bespoke training courses for individual client needs.
• Train colleagues by delivering onboarding and internal workshops.
• Manage workload proactively between training sessions.
• Promote best practices on the application at all times.
