Job summary

Allianz Partners Canada is seeking an Insurance Sales & Client Success Specialist in Cambridge, Ontario. You will provide home, auto, and life insurance solutions, build a local network with dealers and agents, and drive lead development while delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, with at least 3 years of Canadian customer service experience and sales aptitude. The role offers strong earning potential through base salary and uncapped commissions, plus growth

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years customer service experience in Canada.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Strong grasp of English language.
• Licenses: OTL and LLQP (preferred but not mandatory—we’ll sponsor the right candidate to get licensed).

Responsibilities

• Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and nurture relationships with local dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and lawyers to expand your network.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and hold value-driven conversations with potential and existing clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries on policies, claims, and billing with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with the Agent and team to execute marketing strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals.
