Job summary

RBC Insurance Group is seeking a bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto. You will provide insurance advice and options to clients over the phone, helping protect what matters most. You will contribute to individual and team sales goals by recommending personal home and auto insurance solutions and referring clients to internal partners.

You’ll assess client needs, maintain a high-quality client experience, and collaborate with RBC teams to deliver comprehensive coverage and value.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Fluent bilingual service across English and French is required.

Responsibilities

Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
Maintain a positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
Conduct personalized needs assessments using available tools and calculators.
Underwrite and update home & auto policies with regulatory awareness.
Follow RBC procedures during client conversations.
Collaborate with partners to deliver a united RBC team experience.
