Job summary

HUB International, a leading North American insurance brokerage, is hiring an Auto Associate in Canada. You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while pursuing your Level 1 General Insurance License.

We provide full training and support, plus comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma is required; Level 1 license is an asset but not mandatory. Great growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with drive to exceed performance and sales goals.

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions: renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, etc.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value and drive metrics.
• Support branch by taking calls, handling admin tasks, and restocking inventory.
