Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Bilingual Account Manager, Associations and Affinity Groups (Insurance) to own strategic member programs, lead complex renewals, and partner with association leaders and insurer partners. The role supports growth of the Quebec portfolio and offers leadership development within a specialized practice.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and French with ability to work across Quebec.
• Minimum five years of experience in account management, sales, underwriting or related roles in insurance.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage association relationships and member programs to drive value and retention.
• Lead renewals and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Build insurer partner relationships to support program competitiveness and growth.
• Coach and mentor team members and lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to annual business planning, strategy, and financial performance for the practice.
• Represent the practice in meetings with associations, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
