Job summary

Maplesoft Group seeks a Bilingual Technical Design Lead for Identity & Access Management in Ottawa. This permanent, full-time role leads IAM design, development, and governance across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

The Lead Analyst will mentor Senior IT Security Analysts, drive identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, and policy enforcement, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong IAM concepts: lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, access certification, policy enforcement.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, PAM, enterprise access management solutions.
• Hands-on with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM protocols.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid IAM integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Senior IT Security Analysts.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC/ABAC, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM projects and enhancements.
• Design integrations with cloud, hybrid, and on-prem systems.
• Ensure security standards, frameworks, and architectural best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate platform upgrades.
• Oversee troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
• Support project planning, risk management, testing, and deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
