Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required with excellent communication.
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy in healthcare settings.
• Accurate data entry and organization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and providers to deliver exceptional service.
• Present CTG programs and services to clients to promote engagement.
• Schedule visits and coordinate between clients and providers.
• Assess customer requests and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of client interactions and schedules for smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow in the role.
