Job summary

RBC Insurance in Montréal is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Home & Auto to help clients protect what matters most. You will provide insurance advice and options over the phone, building relationships and meeting sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Fluency in English and French is required; you will obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and Ontario OTl license. A comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities are offered within RBC.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required for regular client support.
• Willingness to obtain Quebec Damage Insurance certificate and General Insurance license for Ontario and other provinces.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building ability.
• Flexible to work varying shifts during operation hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs via inbound calls.
• Deliver a consistent positive client experience and resolve concerns at first contact.
• Complete needs assessments using tools to demonstrate value and support recommendations.
• Maintain regulatory risk understanding when underwriting home and auto policies.
• Collaborate with partners to function as one RBC team.
