Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Client Scheduling Coordinator in Mississauga to act as the vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will manage schedules, coordinate caregiver assignments, and update the EMR with funder referrals and changes.

The role requires strong customer service, clear English communication, and the ability to work at a fast pace. A secondary school diploma and relevant certificates are preferred; bilingualism is an asset for Quebec locations.

Qualificações

• Two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong English written and oral communication.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate professionally with patients, families, staff, and funders.
• Process funder referrals and updates in the EMR (Procura).
• Schedule care providers based on client needs and geographic area.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments and service delivery.
• Notify patients and staff of schedules; resolve concerns promptly.
• Utilize scheduling tools to optimize staff availability.
• Document accurate records in the EMR.
• Address client concerns and follow escalation pathways.
