Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe-Claire Montréal Aéroport Ouest is seeking a friendly Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, upselling rooms, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Bilingual English/French required, occasional night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• One year of front desk/guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Check-in/check-out guests and process payments accurately.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue and promote services.
