Job summary

Aloft Montreal Airport is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, create reservations, and deliver exceptional service. You will support team operations and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Ability to follow instruction.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests during check-in and check-out.
• Create and cancel reservations as required.
• Greet incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Balance and prepare closing paperwork per hotel standards.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest registrations, room assignments and special requests.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to hotel services and events.
