Job summary

Affinity Group Canada is seeking a Retail Inside Sales Representative to drive outreach to grocery retailers across Canada. This hybrid, part-time role emphasizes relationship building, promotions, and data capture in CRM.

You will work with the Retail Sales team to grow listings and gather market insights. The position requires bilingual English/French, 2+ years in grocery retail or food brokerage, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Minimum 2 years of grocery retail or food brokerage experience.
• Experience in inside sales or sales support roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to grocery retailers across Canada to support retail sales initiatives.
• Promote new products, retailer programs, and promotional opportunities.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities for Retail Account Managers.
• Maintain regular contact with independent and banner grocery retailers.
• Support product listing opportunities and retailer follow-up activities.
• Gather customer feedback and marketplace intelligence and communicate findings to the Retail Team.
• Maintain accurate records of retailer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities within CRM systems.
• Work closely with Retail Account Managers and Client Managers to support sales priorities and client objectives.
• Assist with special projects, retailer surveys, and other sales support initiatives as required.
