Oxford Learning Centres in Canada is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to be the first contact for potential clients. You’ll receive daily leads and perform 180+ outbound calls to introduce our financing solutions, educate prospects about our services, and guide them through the onboarding process.

The role requires fluency in English and French, strong verbal skills, and a resilient, self-motivated attitude.

Qualificações

• Phone-based sales experience preferred.
• Ability to make high-volume outbound calls.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Organized with good follow-through.
• Knowledge of loans/financing is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Make 180+ outbound calls daily to assigned leads and follow up by email.
• Educate prospects about financing services, benefits and the application process.
• Qualify prospects and collect required information to start their applications.
• Overcome objections and build interest through persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate call notes and track activity in the CRM.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospects.
• Collaborate with underwriting and account managers to ensure smooth handoffs after submissions.
• Stay informed on financing products, industry trends, and promotions.
