Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Customer Support Specialist to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service at the Milton, ON location. This full-time role offers paid training, growth opportunities and on-site responsibilities.

Pay from $35 to $40 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM. Join a team with best-in-class training and extensive employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
