Job summary

Uline, a family-owned call centre, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / French) in Milton, Ontario. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site.

The role offers pay from CAD 35 to 40 per hour, full-time hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will handle orders, answer questions, navigate websites, and work with the team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
