Position Details

Role: Senior Digital Recruiter at searchparty digital Ltd

Major Client: Global Luxury Hotel Group as Business Development Manager, managing a portfolio of Leisure Travel Agents.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Remote work from home, but requires being based in the Toronto region with travel to meet agents at local hotels.

Language Requirements: Bilingual in French and English.

Preferred industry experience includes hotel brands or travel agencies.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with front-line travel agents through webinars and in-person visits.
2. Promote the hotel group's portfolio of brands and services using sales materials.
3. Analyze market data to prioritize agencies and develop tailored sales strategies.
4. Conduct virtual calls, training, webinars, and in-person events to boost sales.
5. Collaborate with team lead and report on KPIs, data, and ROI.
6. Execute strategies provided by the Global Director within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, preferably in hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Bilingual in French and English.
