Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with focus on client retention and revenue growth
• Identify and prospect new clients within the Canadian financial services market
• Present solutions in a consultative manner to address client challenges
• Create client-facing documents including proposals and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and promotional materials
• Educate clients on localization technology and AI-powered tools
• Negotiate pricing, scopes of work, and timelines with clients
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Stay informed on trends in banking, insurance, fintech, and multilingual CX
