Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Canada seeks a bilingual (French/English) Account Manager to build trusted relationships and drive revenue growth through a consultative, solution-based approach. You will partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding, product adoption, retention, and long-term success while demonstrating value of our AI-enabled solutions.

Preference given to candidates with legal experience or law firm background.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years managing a B2B customer portfolio or 5+ years in related roles (Customer Success, Training, Product Expert).
• Proven track record meeting retention, renewal, and upsell targets.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals, and revenue growth across a Quebec-based law firm, corporate, public sector, and academic customer portfolio.
• Meet or exceed retention and renewal targets and upsell opportunities.
• Develop account plans identifying expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks.
• Demonstrate value of Lexis AI solutions and address customer objections with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with onboarding, support, and product teams to improve adoption and resolve escalations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and renewal forecasts in the CRM.
