Job summary

ComPsych seeks a Bilingual Family & Eldercare Resource Specialist to provide nonclinical consultations for Canadian clients, researching and connecting them with childcare, education, eldercare, and related resources in Canada and the U.S. You will deliver prescreened referrals within two business days and communicate clearly in English and French Canadian.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in care coordination or human services, with strong research,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in childcare, eldercare, social services, or related field.
• Bilingual in Canadian English and French with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual telephonic consultation to Canadian clients on childcare or eldercare needs.
• Research and deliver at least three pre-screened referrals within Canada/USA in two days.
• Format research into referral packets with Work-Life branding and quality standards.
• Maintain high service levels and follow up within three business days.
