Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to design and implement innovative CRM solutions and lead the CRM platform. You will mentor developers, ensure business requirements are met, and guide system improvements across CMHC.

Role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, integration with CMHC systems and cloud services, and staying current with Dynamics 365 features.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; equivalent combos considered.
• At least 7 years as a software developer with strong Dynamics CRM experience.
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert mentoring team members.
• Ability to establish and apply development best practices.
• A passion for technology and problem solving through innovation.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Experience in Agile environments and challenging projects.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual English and French.

Responsabilités

• Be CMHC’s leading expert on Dynamics CRM; mentor and coach other developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture system needs and propose solutions.
• Author technical specification documents and diagrams for new/existing solutions.
• Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions per business requirements with quality code.
• Create CRM forms, entities, fields, views, and workflows; extend core platform features.
• Configure integrations with CMHC ERP and Azure components like Functions/Logic Apps.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, and deployments.
• Stay updated on Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
