Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering (D365 ERP) to join the Business Solutions Engineering team. You will design, develop, customize and implement ERP solutions and act as the main liaison for CMHC's internal clients.

Responsibilities include integrating with the CRM system, implementing security, and delivering end-to-end ERP projects. The role requires 7+ years in software development and ERP delivery, with hybrid work options

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications.
• Expertise in implementing and customizing ERP solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Project experience end-to-end solution implementation (planning, estimation, architecture).
• Familiarity with IT services management, agile/lean methodologies, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to determine system needs and document processes.
• Design and implement ERP solutions.
• Customize plugins to add features to the platform.
• Create/configure ERP forms, entities, fields, workflows.
• Develop integrations with other CMHC systems (CRM, D365).
• Implement security features to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Update technical specification documents.
• Support ongoing maintenance for existing solutions.
• Create custom reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Deliver SDLC projects into production.
