Job summary

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation seeks a Bilingual Senior Specialist in Software Engineering to lead Azure-based cloud solutions. You will mentor developers, design secure integrations, and drive serverless patterns using .NET/C#.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and tech stakeholders to deliver scalable CMHC platforms. You’ll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and monitor applications with modern DevOps practices, while supporting hybrid work and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
7+ years designing, implementing, testing, and deploying Azure cloud solutions with C# .NET.
Subject Matter Expert providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services and storage.
Proficient in .NET/C# and cloud architecture, including scalability and distributed systems.
Bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

Be CMHC’s Azure expert, mentoring and guiding other developers.
Design and maintain Azure-based middleware integrations for secure data exchange.
Build backend integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and .NET.
Integrate Azure solutions with Dynamics 365, APIs, and third-party systems.
Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Azure serverless offerings.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, YAML).
Manage deployments to Azure environments including App Services and Key Vault.
Ensure secure, reliable deployments with automated tests and validation gates.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
