What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Calculate and code offsets and adjusted LTD benefits in Navigator
  • Inform Plan Members of overpayment amounts with clear explanations both verbally and in writing
  • Follow up with Plan Members for reimbursement of overpayments and negotiate repayment plans when necessary
  • Manage claim recoveries in Navigator
  • Communicate effectively in English and French to support clients from various provinces
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver difficult messages empathetically
  • Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong negotiation skills and a capacity for continuous learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Navigator is an asset
  • Familiarity with disability benefit calculations is helpful
