Job summary

IFG International Financial Group Ltd. is seeking a bilingual Disability Administrator II for a 12-month contract with potential for conversion to permanent. This fully remote role is open to anyone in Canada and requires working 9am–5pm Atlantic Time.

The main duties include providing high-level administrative support, conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical tasks. You will assist Disability Case Managers and deliver front-line bilingual customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong verbal and written communication; multi-tasking and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1–4+ years experience in admin or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Disability Case Managers with various tasks.
• Provide front-line customer service via telephone.
• Manage administrative duties and follow up with claimants for disability paperwork.
