As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring activation and retention of Collage clients, both new and existing;
  • Learning about your clients' businesses and industries, providing tailored solutions and configurations to meet their goals;
  • Maintaining and increasing revenue by expanding clients' service portfolios;
  • Collaborating with other Collage teams to deliver an excellent client experience;
  • Providing outstanding customer service, support, and HR technology advice.
Tools we use:

Mac OS, Google Suite, Asana, Slack, 1Password, Salesforce, Intercom, Zoom, and of course, Collage.

What you need to have:
  • Bilingual in French & English;
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Experience in B2B customer service is a definite asset.
