What will you be responsible for?

  • Client Engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation, and process billing requests.
  • Client Follow-Up: Proactively contact clients regarding their policies to ensure we offer the best coverage for their needs.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate via phone, email, and SMS to build trust and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track your performance and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team goals and develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Career Development: Pass your broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.
