Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional user support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Master the RVezy platform; troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
• Proactively educate users with tips and best practices.
• Foster trusting relationships with users and maintain a customer-first approach.
• Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Support the Customer Success team in achieving KPIs and objectives.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the experience.
