They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised, and a criminal history review is required to protect the business, staff, customers, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will work at stores within a 20-mile radius of store #5445, located at 42 Portsmouth Avenue, Stratham, NH 03885.
