We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent in the Montreal area!

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all service calls upon receipt. They will also coordinate appointments based on the territory covered by mobile technicians and installers.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls promptly after receipt
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently based on customer location
  • Follow up with technicians after each call
  • Maintain and optimize the appointment calendar and technician routes
  • Forecast workload by day and week
  • Handle administrative tasks related to billing
  • Verify timesheets and purchase orders against maintenance schedules
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong resourcefulness and organizational skills
  • Autonomy, initiative, and responsibility
  • Teamwork ability
