Bilingual Customer Service Representative, French and English

Introduction

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, French and English, to join a stable and supportive customer service team. This role is well suited to someone who values consistency, clear processes, teamwork, and dependable day-to-day responsibilities.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, repairs, and orders. Strong order management experience is required, along with fluency in both French and English.

This position is in office during training, with the option for hybrid work after training based on business needs and performance.

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 CAD annually.

What You’ll Do
