Our manufacturing client in Guelph is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone with strong bilingual communication skills and a background in customer service looking to join a family-owned industrial company with great benefits.

Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: On-site in Guelph, ON

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate with customers in English and French via phone, email, and online chat
- Provide product information and assist with purchasing decisions
- Handle orders, returns, and complaints professionally
- Recommend additional products to support sales
- Maintain strong product knowledge and contribute to service improvements

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Sales experience is an asset
