About

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for meeting customer needs by providing optimal service within the timeframes set by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and calls from internal and external clients related to their contracts or other requests;
  • Respond to requests for early repayment and contract balance;
  • Agree with customers on payment deferrals, according to company policies;
  • Make changes to customer contracts and enter notes from conversations into the customer file via company systems;
  • Send and produce various documents as requested by clients and colleagues;
  • Complete prepayment forms;
  • Follow response protocols (call evaluation grid);
  • Participate in team training and development projects;
  • Update skills through ongoing training;
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Special requirement: The work schedule is between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time).

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience; experience in finance or banking is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and solve problems.
  • Action-oriented and proficient with Office and Salesforce (asset).
