Job summary

Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. is seeking bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives for a permanent, onsite role in Milton, Ontario.

The position offers hourly pay from $35.00 to $40.00 and an opportunity for annual performance bonuses. Responsibilities include processing orders, product recommendations, handling inquiries, building customer relationships via phone, email and chat, and guiding customers through online ordering.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English and French required, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy; able to work independently and in a team.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world‑class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the company’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate the company’s website and online ordering.
